Chanel pre-spring/summer 2013

Staged in front of an exploding fountain surrounded by the pleasant greenery of Versailles, the beauty of the eighteenth century, Marie Antoinette, inspired Cruise collection was magnified for us all to see.

Beside the elegant ruffles, the soft, delicate pastels and the classy floppy hats were jewellery and decorative detailing that glowed femininity and sophistication beneath the Spring sunshine, and metallic creepers that underline the strong, powerful nature of Lagerfeld's women. (Plus a dapper dose of double denim for the male)

With that, the presentation of this collection had a little bit of something for everyone (including those who enjoy a scenic stroll) So what is there not to love?!
