Paradise.

Beautifully haunting, like walking alone on a summer's night with nothing but warmth guiding your way. Tranquil and sedative, yet full of drama and intensity. Captivating and dreamy. Stylish and urbane.
Renowned for her darkness, her songs on failure, dying and heartbreak, for Lana Del Rey to then release an EP containing thirty one minutes and nine seconds of jubilation and hyperactivity would be far away from the norm and maybe slightly wrong which is why Paradise, available on the re-released version of Born To Die, is nothing you wouldn't expect from the twenty six year old (apart from maybe the announcement that her pussy tastes like Pepsi Cola...) Below are the links to my favourites. Happy listening!

oh Lana

It's here! Lana Del Rey modelling for the H&M fall 2012 campaign has finally been released into the fashionsphere (wow, cheese alert. Can you tell I'm excited?). H&M is my go-to store for affordable clothing essentials (You see that sweater above? That will probably be mine) as they always seem to get it right and having Lana showcase their latest collection feels like a good choice. Whether you like her or not, you cannot deny that her fascinating features- the glamorous lips, the entrancing eyes, the voluptuous wave of hair- complement the pretty prints, the cute, girly bows, and the pure white fur sat on a snug winter coat as shown here. She models it well too, which is satisfying because these poses will probably be as omnipresent as Video Games was when she entered the scene.
