Blue is the colour of peace. It's the colour of freedom, the colour of strength, and the colour of new beginnings. Blue is the colour of optimism. It's the colour of loyalty, the colour of protection and the colour of relaxation. Blue is the colour of summer time. It's clear skies, sparkling seas, and pleasantly scented flowers. It's also, quite possibly, my favourite colour and one which stood out appealingly in the pre-fall collections. Whether metallic and intergalactic, a bold spread fine silk or included for added character, it's a hue like the above which deserves a place in your (or especially my) wardrobe for a variety of occasions.
Feeling inspired, I incorporated it into a handmade bracelet, as shown below.
