Ah, the infamous profile pic taken in August 2011 whilst jumping over the waves on a beach in Sitges, Barcelona. I hadn't been there for years and, even though it was a short trip, two years later I still find myself re-experiences severe cases of nostalgia. Partly because the place is so dear to my heart but also because being there is the closest I feel to being with my dad.

Today is one of those days. I sit on my sofa drinking large amounts of tea and hot chocolate, watching the unwelcome snow fall from the March sky and think to myself how peachy it would be to be out in the summer sun, riding a Katie Eary skateboard down the pavement alongside the beach, (I don't even ride a skateboard but the sight of this Katie Eary one has unleashed my inner child from the days where I'd foolishly  travel down my road on a kids' skateboard pretending I was Tony Hawk) wearing a leather cap, Theodora and Callum caftan top over a pair of denim shorts, and Pierre Hardy sneakers. Friendship bracelets are such a fun way to brighten up your wrists and these carefully knotted together ones from Sweetlime are sure to add an extra special touch if not just because of the cute sterling silver paisley motif situated amongst the detailing.
