make me a milkshake

250ml milk, one sliced banana, two teaspoons of coco powder. Mix in a smoothie maker (or any kind of mixer, I guess). Transfer into a glass with ice cubes. 

This is a perfect refreshing lunch time treat which is well-suited for the summer and oh so simple to make.
Alternatively, you can exchange the banana for any type of fruit as I imagine it would work just as tastily. 

I drank it in a long floral summer dress from Debenhams and really unattractive sunburnt arms.
